I own a new 4110 which I ordered with a power beyond kit. I have a rear mount snowblower to put on it with a hydraulic shoot rotator. My question is what type of control valve do I use? Open center or closed center. The dealer says the 4110's are open center, which to me means when the SCV is in the resting position the hydraulic pump in pumping fluid through the valve freely. I don't understand how the fluid gets to the power beyond port? Can anyone help me understand the system?

You've got the open centre idea right, and you almost certainly need an open centre valve. Some after-market valves can be used with either type system. They have a plug that has to be removed for open centre use.

There's a lot of confusion about this power beyond stuff and most of it seems to be terminology. The outlet port of an open centre valve assembly carries flow from the pump, which pumps all the time. If the outlet line from one ordinary valve assembly is hooked to the inlet port of a second valve, then that valve works too, but it runs on cylinder exhaust oil from the first valve when any control valve in the fist assembly is operated. So, I guess that arrangement could be called power-beyond. However, since the return oil from most of these systems goes back into the high-pressure line and on to the 3ph, maybe it could be called power-before. But I guess I'm just adding to terminology confusion here.

I think of power beyond as a type of valve assembly that has two return ports. One for pump flow and another for the cylinder return flow. A PB valve protects an upstream valve from high pressure that may result if a downstream valve (eg. the 3ph) is operated at the same time as an upstream valve (eg. a loader).

I haven't seen one of these power-beyond kits. However, I think they are couplings and hoses that extend a loader PB outlet line to the rear and make it easy to connect an additional valve assembly in the line. There also is length of hose that has to connect the lines when a control valve isn't used. Many simple control valves are built to withstand high pressures and the power beyond issue isn't relevant. However, if a power-beyond type valve assembly is used its TANK line has to be connected somewhere. A t-fitting into the TANK line from the loader valve should work. Extra control valve sections can be added to my loader valve, so it’s not an issue for me. If I’ve got the situation right, the answer to your question of how oil gets to the power beyond port is that the power beyond port carries the pump flow so the oil is already there—it’s just not named very well.
